Sergio Canales Young Footballer Plays for Real Madrid

Sergio Canales Madrazo (born 16 February 1991 in Santander, Cantabria) is a Spanish footballer who plays for Real Madrid, as an attacking midfielder. A product of hometown Racing de Santander's youth ranks, Canales was bought by Deportivo de La Coruña – 50% of the player's rights – in 2006, as part of the deal which saw Pedro Munitis return to Cantabria. Dudu Aouate and Antonio Tomás were also involved, in the opposite direction.

On 12 February 2010, Real Madrid announced, ‘’Real Madrid and Real Racing Club Santander have reached a deal for the transfer of player Sergio Canales Madrazo. The contract will take effect as of 1 July 2010 and will keep Canales at Real Madrid for the next six seasons‘’.

The fee was believed to be €4.5 million plus incentives. On 4 August 2010, Canales made his debut for Real Madrid, scoring a goal in a 3–2 friendly win against Club América. His league debut came on 29 August, in a 0–0 draw against RCD Mallorca. Real Madrid legend Gento wished Canales all the best of luck and wished that "Canales wins many titles with Real Madrid just as I did."

Sergio Canales certainly did not leave Real Madrid and will play on next season under coach Jose Mourinho, the club's official statement on their website. Canales actually been brought in Los Merengues last season from Racing Santander. A few moments ago had proclaimed he would be loaned to Racing. But, the issue was not proven by this latest development. Canales plans to lend because he will have difficulty getting a place in the squad for Madrid's core since a very young age and many star players are scattered at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Lassana Diarra Footballer Plays For Real Madrid

Lassana Diarra Footballer Plays For Real Madrid
Lassana Diarra (born 10 March 1985 in Paris, France) is a French footballer who currently plays for Spanish La Liga club Real Madrid and the French national team. His predominant position is defensive midfielder but he can also play in a more advanced role and has played at right back, which he did for Chelsea and currently for France.

In Spain, he is known as Lass to distinguish him from Real Madrid teammate Mahamadou Diarra, with whom he is not related. Diarra's physical strength allows him to take position in any spot on the pitch to make up for any defensive mismatch, and he proved to have great ball control, which allows him to act as a great assistman for his teammates". Due to this sort of versatility, he is called by Madrid’s La Sexta television commentators to refer to him as a 'todocampista' or a jack of all trades. He persistently runs down opposing players and fights for the ball and manages to come away with secure possession.

Christoph Metzelder Footballer Plays For Real Madrid

Christoph Metzelder Footballer Plays For Real Madrid
Christoph Tobias Metzelder (born 5 November 1980 in Haltern, North Rhine-Westphalia) is a German footballer who plays for Real Madrid, as a central defender. His career has been blighted by regular injuries. His younger brother Malte is also a footballer (and a centre back), and both played for Borussia Dortmund.

Despite his lack of playing time, Metzelder featured in all of Germany's matches (all the minutes) at Euro 2008, again partnering Mertesacker. In 2008–09's Spanish League, he was the main beneficiary of a 10-match suspension handed to Real's Pepe; after a stellar performance in a 4-2 win at Sevilla FC, he also started in the 2-6 home defeat at the hands of FC Barcelona. Metzelder will leave his club Real Madrid after his contract runs out on 30 June 2010.

Sergio Ramos Footballer Plays For Real Madrid

Sergio Ramos Footballer Plays For Real Madrid
Sergio Ramos García (born 30 March 1986 in Camas, Seville Province in Andalusia) is a Spanish footballer who currently plays for Real Madrid and the Spanish national team. He is a hard-tackling defender known for his attacking and goal-scoring ability.

Throughout Spain's Euro 2008 qualifying campaign, Ramos was a regular member of the starting eleven, as they finished at the top of Group D, above Sweden. He scored two goals, including one in a 3–1 away win over Denmark, in 11 appearances.

In the tournament's final stages, Ramos kept his place at right-back throughout the competition. He played a crucial part in the tournament for Spain. His marauding runs helped the team's attack and solid defending helped keep vital clean sheets. In the final, his pass nearly set up Marcos Senna's first international goal but the latter barely missed it by inches. During the celebrations after defeating Germany in the final, Ramos wore a T-shirt in honor of good friend and former Sevilla teammate Antonio Puerta, deceased in August 2007.

He continued in the Spanish national team and was selected in the squad for the Confederations Cup in South Africa. Unfortunately, Spain lost to USA in the semi-finals.

Ramos' most recent goal for the national side occurred in a friendly match against the French Football team. Spain proceeded to be the victors of that match, finishing with a 2-0 win. David Villa scored the first of the pair.
