Sami Khedira born 4 April 1987 in Stuttgart) is a German footballer player of partial Tunisian descent, who plays for VfB Stuttgart. Khedira has been at the club since 1995 and won the Bundesliga title in the 2006–07 season.

Khedira made his debut for the senior national squad on 5 September 2009 in a friendly match against South Africa. He was substituted on in the 73rd minute for Simon Rolfes.

He was called up to the Germany squad for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa and started in their opening game against Australia as a replacement for captain Michael Ballack.
